Hela cells were treated by Chloroquine (50 μM) for 20 hours. NIH/3T3 cells were treated by Chloroquine (50 μM) for 20 hours. Secondary antibody: HRP Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) at 1:10000 dilution.
