Product Description
The cells overexpress cyclin D1, Bcl-2, c-Myc and Rb proteins. Bcl-1/J(H) gene rearrangement was confirmed by polymerase chain reaction. JeKo-1 cells are highly tumorigenic in SCID mice. Ref JeKo-1 cells are negative for Epstein-Barr virus and express IgM, a B-cell phenotype.

SubculturingCultures can be maintained by the addition of fresh medium or replacement of medium. Alternatively, cultures can be established by centrifugation with subsequent resuspension at 1 to 2×10^5 viable cells/ml. Maintain cell density between 1×10^5 and 1×10^6 viable cells/ml.
