Mouse anti His-Tag Monoclonal Antibody
tcba13663
Mouse anti His-Tag Monoclonal Antibody
Immunoprecipitation of over-expressed His-tagged protein in 293T cells incubated using His-tag antibody. A mock served as negative control and over-expressed 293T cell lysate served as positive control.
Immunoprecipitation analysis of 300ug extracts of 293T transfected with EPCAM Protein cells using 3ug His-Tag antibody. Western blot was performed from the immunoprecipitate using His-Tag antibody at a dilition of 1:5000.
Western blot analysis of extracts of normal 293T cells, 293T transfected with SOST Protein and 293T transfected with EPCAM Protein, using His-Tag antibody at 1:20000 dilution. Secondary antibody: HRP Goat Anti-Mouse IgG (H+L) at 1:10000 dilution. Lysates/proteins: 25ug per lane. Blocking buffer: 3% nonfat dry milk in TBST. Detection: ECL Basic Kit . Exposure time: 1s.
Immunofluorescence analysis of 293T cells using Mouse anti His-Tag mAb at dilution of 1:100 (40x lens). Blue: DAPI for nuclear staining.
