Quality control testing shows one prominent E2 band between 40 and 50 kDa, one faint E3E2 band above 50 kDa and a faint band containing E2 between 80 and 110 kDa.(A) SDS-PAGE and stain demonstrating 1 µg and 5 µg (lanes 1-2) of WEEV E3E2/E2 protein under denaturing and reducing conditions. MW denotes Novex Sharp prestained protein markers. (B) Western blot detection of WEEV E3E2/E2 protein at 50 ng, 100 ng, and 200 ng (lanes 1-3) using Taiclone's anti-WEEV E2 rabbit polyclonal antibody (Cat# tcia169) at 0.25 µg/mL and antirabbit IgG-HRP conjugate, followed by TMB substrate.
Plate was coated with WEEV E3E2/E2 starting at 800 ng/well, serially diluted in DPBS. Washed plate was detected using Rabbit Anti-WEEV E2 pAb at 1 µg/mL. OD 650 is reported.
